FuelFit Meals provides customized meal planning and delivery services designed to support your fitness and nutrition goals. Our services include:

3. Ordering & Payment

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.

Order Placement: Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST, 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of order.

Billing: Your payment method will be charged upon order confirmation. Recurring subscription orders will be charged automatically according to your selected plan.

Taxes: Applicable taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

We strive to deliver your meals fresh and on time. However, delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that there is a safe location for the delivery driver to leave your meals.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date without penalty.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect after your next scheduled delivery.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available for cancelled orders within the allowed timeframe. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Quality Issues: If you experience quality issues with your meals, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery due to circumstances within your control, refunds may not be available.

6. User Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing accurate delivery information and dietary requirements
  • Being available to receive deliveries or providing safe delivery instructions
  • Notifying us immediately of any allergies or dietary restrictions

Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
